Our favourite loaf to have toasted with peanut butter,  it takes 48 hours and lots of love  for this beautifully aged 15 year old biga to create this crusty, moist and tangy white sourdough.



Fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, biga 9 % (water, fortified wheat flour, rye flour, wholemeal wheat flour), rye sourdough 9% (water, rye flour), salt.
