A hidden gem of the local area, Leafy Bean is well worth a visit, especially when you've got time to kill before getting the train. The cafe is located on the platform at Bowes Park station and has a great atmosphere, a friendly owner and great coffee and food. They also hold regular events.

  Great coffee, pastries and cakes! They also have a good selection of bread, pasta, jams, beers, teas and ground coffee to take home.

  Never heard of cherry green tea until this afternoon when the boxes of Cheeky Cheery Cherry sitting on the shelf caught my eye. Bought myself a box and just tried it indoors before heading off to bed, it is amazing! If you ever have the chance to visit Leafy Bean go buy a box or two - you will not be disappointed.

  Laura is such a wonderful lady. The Leafy Bean is a cute, quaint coffee shop which offers delicious coffee and unique tasty snacks. The Leafy Bean also hosts different events in their shop, so keep a look out for the schedule :) during the covid-19 lockdown, we ran out of coffee beans so ordered some from the Leafy Bean, however it was going to be delivered days after we had none left. Laura immediately prepared our bag, biked around to ours and saved the day!
